REFLECTION

Experience: After these 14 weeks of learning, I feel really comfortable being in this class mostly thanks to Mr. Charles. Mr. Charles has always been really kind to all of us. He's also very generous in giving feedbacks and comments, even though he gives critics, he always makes sure that he compliments it as well. I also feel like dp class is that class where we can experiment as much as we would like. Most of the projects are not limited. Overall, I could say that design principle is one of my favorite classes.

Observation: I noticed that getting good scores in design principle could be hard. Which mostly I think it is because of the concept behind the artwork that we made. I like how design principle doesn't really judge the art by the drawings only, but also the meaning behind them. What I learnt from here is that, we need to create a concept first before drawing it then decided the concept later.

Findings: I find that creating artwork that would relate to each design principles is not that easy. For example my contrast, my coloring might seem contrast because there are darker and lighter color, however, we could see that the contrast has less impact of the colors we chose. (Same goes to other principles)
