REFLECTION

Module-wise, I think this is one of the worst modules I have ever done. Experience-wise, I think I learned a lot from doing this physical group project. From the start of the module, I was already devastated imagining the physical work that I needed to do. Even most of my friends dropped out because of this module. Yeah, imagine the impact. I was so sad at first because I thought I was going to be alone in this module, but my groupmates say otherwise. Tressa is our leader and I can see that she had been working hard throughout the project. Though I can see that she looks really tired, and it was completely understandable, because who wasn't. Sea and Devina have been the sweetest, most hard-working, and most supportive teammates throughout the entire project. I was happy to get to know them at lunchtime and even during the progress. Basically, I am grateful that from this project I gained new friends especially since we met almost every day.

I also gained a few things from doing the sculpture. This was the first time I had physical work in my entire semester and I would not say it was all pleasant. We realized that we have failed so many times after we already finished making the assets. For example, when we finished making the wave, we just realized that we could not bend the tube and attach it to the tree accordingly. When we attached the leaves, we just realized we did not have enough leaves. There are more throughout the process. However, our main problem was time. Even after we realized we made mistakes, we could not change them because we were rushed by time. In the end, we just tried our best to fix the things that we have made. Not a bad practice, at least I learned how to look for solutions.

In conclusion, do I want to repeat this module? never again. I hope this is the first and last time that I have had to deal with physical work or any sculpture related. I am never really into fine arts anyways.
